limited water insufficient cleaning
The provision of bottled water seemed inconsistent, available in some areas but requiring purchase in others. I found this odd for an all-inclusive package. The rooms received a cursory cleaning , with bins emptied but bedding not properly made. Fresh linens were not provided until the ninth night of my stay , and the absence of an iron and ironing board was inconvenient.

infinity pool helpful staff excellent meals
i found the infinity pool lovely it had great views. all staff members were attentive and helpful. the hotel offered two a la carte restaurants and i enjoyed both meals.
